N\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr jetojn\u00eb mbi 270.000 veta me origjin\u00eb shqiptare, prej t\u00eb cil\u00ebve rreth 100.000 jan\u00eb n\u00eb mosh\u00ebn n\u00ebn 16 vje\u00e7. Pas italian\u00ebve, b\u00ebhet fjala p\u00ebr komunitetin e dyt\u00eb t\u00eb huaj m\u00eb t\u00eb madh n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr. Popullsia shqiptare q\u00eb jeton ne Zvic\u00ebr paraqet tipare t\u00eb ndryshme e t\u00eb larmishme. Shumica jan\u00eb me prejardhje nga Kosova, por gjithashtu edhe nga Maqedonia, Serbia, Mali i Zi dhe Shqip\u00ebria. Ky komunitet ka p\u00ebrkat\u00ebsi t\u00eb ndryshme fetare (mysliman\u00eb, katolik\u00eb, ortodoks\u00eb, dervish\u00eb etj.) dhe prejardhje shoq\u00ebrore t\u00eb shum\u00ebfisht\u00eb.<\/p>

Institucione dhe shoqata t\u00eb shumta kan\u00eb treguar interesim p\u00ebr komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb forma t\u00eb ndryshme. Mir\u00ebpo, asnj\u00ebra prej tyre, h\u00ebp\u00ebrh\u00eb, nuk e studion komunitetin shqiptar n\u00eb t\u00ebr\u00ebsi.<\/p>

Kjo \u00ebsht\u00eb arsyeja pse, me bindjen se nj\u00eb njohje n\u00eb thell\u00ebsi e realiteteve t\u00eb k\u00ebtij komuniteti do t\u00eb ishte faktor i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm p\u00ebr integrim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb n\u00eb Zvic\u00ebr dhe do t\u00eb ndihmonte nj\u00eb mir\u00ebkuptim t\u00eb dyansh\u00ebm, nj\u00eb grup personalitetesh vendos\u00ebn t\u00eb formonin nj\u00eb fondacion me emrin: Instituti Zviceran i Studimeve Shqiptare (ISEAL).<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
